Breathwork for grief, life transitions, the nervous system, and the process of reconnecting with your body.
If you’re here because life has changed in a way you never wanted it to, I’m so sorry.
Perhaps you’re grieving someone you love. Perhaps you’re grieving a relationship, a home, your health, a future you imagined, or a version of yourself that no longer exists.
Perhaps you’re in the middle of a major life transition—a breakup, job loss, career change, move, or another ending or beginning—where what was familiar is gone, and what comes next hasn’t fully arrived.
Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome.
Grief can knock us off our feet. It can leave us moving through a world that looks the same but no longer feels the same—trying to carry a loss that has changed something in us. Grief, loss and bereavement can affect more than our emotions; they can shape our breath, energy, concentration, sense of safety, and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, grief and emotional overwhelm—even when the change is something you chose. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, job loss, career change, relationship change, or entering a new chapter of life, periods of transition can affect how we feel in both mind and body.
Years of stress, difficult experiences, loss, trauma, or simply having to keep going can shape the way our nervous system responds to the world. We may find ourselves overwhelmed more easily, constantly on edge, shutting down, disconnecting from what we feel, or wondering why something seemingly small can suddenly feel like too much. Sometimes, our capacity has simply been stretched for too long.
